📜 Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

Welcome to Sugar Drop. By installing, downloading, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

1. Acceptable Use

Sugar Drop provides tools for mindful dietary tracking, personal habit insights, and mutual motivation. You agree not to misuse the services, upload malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to our servers or other user accounts.

2. User-Generated Content & Community Standards (Apple Guideline 1.2)

Sugar Drop features community interactions through the Circle Feed and Co-Streaks. To protect all members, we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against abusive or objectionable behavior:

• Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, and violent conduct are strictly prohibited.
• In-App Reporting: Every user post contains a prominent options menu (•••) allowing any user to submit an immediate report for objectionable content.
• Instant User Blocking: Users have the ability to instantly block any other user. Blocked accounts are immediately hidden across all feeds, comments, and companion circles.
• Immediate Moderation: Reported content and abusive users are subject to prompt review and removal within 24 hours, and accounts violating these standards will be permanently banned.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Sugar Drop does not replace professional medical or nutritional care.
