• Dietary Records: Food names, logged sugar grams, meal categories (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack), and timestamps.
• Profile & Target Goals: Custom daily sugar quotas (e.g. 25g/day), clean-streak milestones, and optional avatar selections.
• Device Permissions (Opt-in only):
  • Camera: Used exclusively on-device to scan food ingredient labels via OCR for nutritional recognition. Photo data is never transmitted to cloud servers without your explicit permission.
  • Location (Coarse): Used to recommend nearby low-sugar drink options and local café alternatives. Precise GPS tracking is never recorded or shared.
  • Push Notifications: Used to deliver optional Smart Alert reminders and co-streak milestone updates on your lock screen.

2. How Your Data Is Stored & Protected

We employ Supabase database infrastructure with strict Row-Level Security (RLS). Your logs and profile are accessible solely by your authenticated user session. We never sell, lease, or monetize your dietary or health information with data brokers or third-party advertisers.

3. Account Deletion & Data Rights (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))

You have complete ownership of your data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud logs directly in the app at any time via Profile › Settings › Delete Account. Upon confirmation, all your meal records, friend links, push tokens, and cloud profile entries are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.

👥 Community Standards & EULA (Apple Guideline 1.2)

Sugar Drop includes social features such as the Circle Feed and Co-Streaks to celebrate healthy habits with friends. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable, abusive, or harmful behavior:

• Strict Prohibition: Users may not post defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, abusive, or hateful content.
• Immediate Reporting: Every user-submitted post includes a dedicated options menu (•••) allowing any member to report inappropriate content within seconds for administrative review.
• User Blocking: Users can instantly block another account. Blocked members are immediately and permanently filtered out of your feed, comments, and companion circles.
• Standard Apple EULA: Our terms incorporate the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).
